Situated at the epicenter of NYC, 135 West 50th Street has cultivated the ultimate environment for thought leaders with an elite roster of corporate tenants. Accessible from two lobbies on 50th and 51st Streets, the building features a rotating display of curated art exhibits. MTG developed a strategic marketing campaign to rebrand and reposition 135 West 50th Street with the goal of raising awareness and attracting top talent. MTG designed an information-rich mixed media environment consisting of colorful boards and vinyl graphics to assist brokers in seamlessly navigating prospects through the space while conveying details of the leasing opportunity. A major component to the campaign was the planning and execution of “A Taste of Midtown,” lunch event featuring select food stations from local vendors. In addition to a website, e-vites, and renderings, MTG designed graphic way-finding boards directing attendees through the building to the event space and new prebuilt suites.
